Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services provided by ATD Software ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Taskmaster and Quartermaster applications and the ATD Software website.

2. Description of Services

ATD Software provides cloud-based software for work order management (Taskmaster) and asset tracking (Quartermaster), designed for use by facilities teams, public safety organizations, schools, churches, and similar organizations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable advance notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Services are offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly per user. Pricing is as listed on our Pricing page at the time of subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for the next period.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card information.

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Services. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. By using the Services, you grant us the right to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Services to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content comprising the Services (excluding your data) is the property of ATD Software and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATD Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease at the end of the current billing period. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify active customers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
